Brents journey didn't start in the world of real estate. It began in the disciplined and demanding life of the U.S. Army, where as a Medic and Flight Medic, Brent learned the values of precision, integrity, and commitment.

Transitioning from the military to the real estate industry, Brent's path was marked by a series of revelations. His experiences at Toll Brothers and under Adam Wilson were more than just job changes; they were lessons in what the industry lacked and what it needed. He saw firsthand the pitfalls of prioritizing profit over quality, the consequences of cutting corners, and the disappointment of overpromising and underdelivering.

These experiences shaped Brent's philosophy and approach to his work. When he founded B.E.
