Lots are generally 15-25% of the price of the home. We will perform a free lot evaluation which includes giving you feedback on topography, the size and shape of the lot, and trees.

We provide an in-depth guide and assistance in selecting the best lot, considering future neighborhood developments and potential resale value.
Optional environmental assessments, including soil testing, help you understand your lot's sustainability potential.

Once plan design is complete, we will put together a proposal to build your home. At the time of contract a deposit of 5% of the purchase price is due.
